Interlibrary Loan
An Interlibrary Loan is designed to get you the item you want, even if GPL does not have it. We will get it from another library for you!
It's easy and it's convenient. Even though the items are on loan from a different library, you pick them up at GPL and return them to GPL!
Please remember:
- Interlibrary loan requests are available to Greenwood Public Library cardholders only.
-
Please limit your item requests to those that have been published for at least six months.
-
We are unable to process requests for books that are already owned by Greenwood Public Library.
-
Limit of 5 active requests at any given time.
-
The length of the loan period is determined by the library lending us the materials, not Greenwood Public Library.
-
It may take 2-4 weeks (sometimes longer) to receive your ordered materials.
You can request Interlibrary Loan materials by visiting GPL, or by filling out our online request form:
Request a Book | Request Articles or Microfilm
If you have any questions, please contact the Interlibrary Loan Librarian via the Adult Reference Desk at 885-5036.
