Get a Library Card
| A Greenwood Public Library card can be obtained by anyone who resides or owns property in Johnson County. Printable registration forms are available online. Simply print out the form and bring this into the library for processing. A patron registration form for minors is available here and a registration form for adults is available here. If you prefer, the registration form may be obtained from the Patron Services desk and completed in any department of the library or taken from the building to be completed and returned to the Patron Services desk for processing. Library staff may also distribute registration forms outside the library at meetings or programs. This is an outreach service that is being offered to the community.
Residents age 17 and under may obtain a card with a parent or guardian's signature on the library card registration form. The guardian or parent who signs the form is responsible for any overdue, lost, or damaged materials.
We also have a Computer Use card, which is available for patrons who desire to use the computer resources only.
