    Eligibility for ESL classes: Persons 17 and older (not in high school) whose natïve language is not
English. Topics will include American culture, English speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills.

    Eligibilty for ESL tutoring: Must set up a  meeting for a Reading or English Language assessment. One-on-one Tutoring: Once weekly for an hour.  Tutoring is free of charge.
