Shrinky Dink Mother's Day keychainMake and Take projects are always available at The Studio. Offerings change approximately every two weeks. 

This week's offering is a Shrinky Dink keychain. You will need a permanent marker, an oven, pliers, and adult supervision to complete this craft. This is a great Mother's Day gift idea! This kit will be available until May 8, or while supplies last. 

Pick up your kit just outside The Studio on the 2nd floor.

Adult Craft Week: No-Sew Bunting

May 3, 2021

Craftiness level: Beginner. This kit requires pinning and cutting fabric. 

Sign up to reserve a kit. The kit will include everything you need except scissors and pins. Instructions will be provided via a YouTube video. There is NO in-person or virtual event associated with this kit. Ages 18 & over only.

Kits will be available to pick up between May 3 - May 8 from the 2nd floor reference desk.

May 8, 2021, 1-3 pm

Create a cupcake liner flower with us! No registration is needed; just drop in between 1-3 pm for a fun spring craft. 

 

 

 


All-Ages Craft Drop-In: Popsicle Garland

June 1 - June 5

Drop in any time the library is open to create a cute paper popsicle garland. It will make a fun addition to your summer décor. No registration required.


Adult Craft Week: Stars and Stripes Earrings

June 8 | 10:30 am (Register), June 9 | 6 pm (Register), June 10 |12:30 pm (Register), June 12 | 1:30 (Register)

Craftiness level: Beginner/Intermediate. Join us for an in-person Adult Craft Week project to make a polymer clay stars and stripes earrings. 

Because this will be an in-person event in The Studio, masks are required for the entirety of the program. Registration is required, and space is limited. 18 & over.

 


All-Ages Craft Drop-In: Father's Day photo holders

June 14 - June 19

Drop in any time the library is open to create a special gift for Dad! We'll be painting rocks and using copper wire to create a one-of-a-kind photo holder. No registration required. 

 

 

 


All-Ages Craft Drop-In: Perler Bead Drink Covers

June 28 - July 3 

Drop in any time the library is open to make a cool drink cover out of Perler Beads. It can be placed on top of your glass while outdoors to keep the bugs out. Make it with a straw hole or without, in one of our citrus-inspired patterns or one of your own design -- there are lots of options! No registration required. 

 

 


All-Ages Craft Drop-In: Friendship Bracelets

August 9 - August 14

Drop in any time the library is open to make a friendship bracelet. Pattern books will be available for inspiration. No registration required.
