Welcome to TeenHQ!
TeenHQ is our Teen Services Headquarters located on the first floor of the Greenwood Public Library. TeenHQ is a place for teens in our community to feel safe and comfortable just hanging out with other teens in a place that's just for them.
TeenHQ and available activities are designed exclusively by and for teens, 11-18 years old in grades 6-12. The room is open during the day and evening in order to welcome both homeschool and public school students into the space.
Patrons of all ages may visit TeenHQ to retrieve materials for checkout, but the seating, games, programs, and activities are reserved for teens only. We encourage you to visit another department for your computer and study space needs if you do not fall within this age group.

Upcoming Programs
Volunteering
Teen volunteers must be 13-18 years of age, and are expected to commit to a four-month session, volunteer at least two hours each month, and participate in library activities and events.
Volunteer positions are currently full for this session.
Teens are invited to apply online in January for the February–May session, in May for the summer June-July session, or in August for the September–December session. Spots are limited. Interested parties should have a strong interest in the library and be willing to learn new skills. In addition a Greenwood Public Library card is required to apply.
Applications will be reviewed, and the Teen Specialist will contact enthusiastic and eligible candidates to schedule an in-person interview and training.
